Children’s Coalition of NELA Dragon Boat Races
The Dragon Boat Races will be held on Bayou Desiard near ULM between Desiard Street and Bonaire Drive.
On Friday, April 11th Warhawk Way will be closed to traffic at 11:00am between Bonaire Drive and Desiard. It will be reopened on Saturday after the event has ended at approximately 7:30 pm.
Attendees must utilize Northeast Drive, University Drive, or Bonaire Drive to access the parking areas for the event.
Festival Rules:

| No entering ULM or VCOM buildings (use portable trailer for facilities) | Public parking available on ULM parking lots located on DeSiard Street, Strauss Hall, Stubbs Hall, Old President’s House |
