On 6-12-23 at approximately 4:30 p.m., the Monroe Police Department responded to a single-vehicle crash in the 200 Block of N. 8th Street. The vehicle’s driver and its occupant were injured and transported to a local hospital. On 6-13-23, the driver, forty-seven-year-old Corkahn Zinnererman, died as a result of injuries he sustained during this crash. Toxicology reports are pending.
