ATTEMPTED 2ND DEGREE MURDER
On the morning of 10-28-22, MPD officers responded to a shooting in the 1200 block of S. 2nd Street, which resulted in one person sustaining non-life-threatening injuries. MPD officers identified the suspect in this shooting as O’terrance L. Matthews.
The Monroe Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating O’terrance L. Matthews. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of O’terrance L.
