On Monday, May 15, 2023, at 1030 am, the Monroe Police Department will have the Fallen Heroes Memorial Wreath Laying Ceremony. This event will take place at the Monroe Police Department at 700 Wood Street. We are honored to have Daryl Cowan, Resident Agent in Charge, Monroe DEA Office-New Orleans Field Division, as our guest speaker. The public is invited to attend. We look forward to seeing you there as we honor our fallen heroes.
