On 11-1-22 at approximately 0019 hours, the Monroe Police Department responded to a hit and run crash in the 2100 block of Jackson Street involving a pedestrian. According to witnesses, an adult male victim was struck by a white work truck. The victim was transported to a Shreveport hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
